He's been washed and I wouldn't call him minty but he's very nice

It is in excellent condition without any real chips but it has some specks of red paint missing on the tops of the arms (on each side)

His shirt says "Lots 'o Loot". It is in gorgeous condition with a few marks. There are no chips but areas where there is no brown paint along the bottom edge. I can't tell if it's wear or just how it was painted.
