Bergere 'Origine' Brut, Champagne, France NV La Colline it's a briskly concentrated sipMade from 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and the rest Meunier, the NV Champagne Origine Brut pours a straw hue and is based on the 2019 vintage with 30% reserve wines and partially raised in 228 liter barrels. Its generous in its aromatics, with spicy notes of graham cracker, toasted almond, baked pear, and orange. Fluffy and rounded in its mousse, it fills the palate with ample juiciness through the mid palate and has an attractive, clean finish.
