I can remember when the recycler schematics came out at first, spending time gathering the schematics and then going after all the various loots only to push some of the resource stacks through to find the stats on the items coming out very disappointing. However it didn’t take me long to realize, if the resource stacks where sitting in a structure each stack was another item, so if I converted 20 items into 1, I was winning on storage, and for vendors with their finite storage as well it was another win. The challenge is what the heck could we craft where the resource stats didn’t matter and the recycled resources could actually be used.
The creature recycler was probably my biggest love, especially for all the hides that weren’t really worthy of usage in armor or food, which means clothing, spice, some chef components ( bantha butter ) other than recycled milk how are you ever going to run full runs of bantha butter. Not to mention good lord the space savings just on the days I would run around auditing a planets creatures for high quality so I could actually harvest lead to vast amounts of small quantity containers no one would buy, and eventually filled storage structures unless I just burned them outright.
Aside from the schematics, to make a full set of recyclers will require the following drops:
